Professional contact details (name, business email address, company and role) obtained from public sources such as company websites and professional profiles, and the content of any reply you send us. This website collects no personal data: it sets no cookies and uses no analytics or trackers. Our servers keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security only.
We use professional contact details to offer services relevant to your professional activity and to handle your replies. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in developing business relationships with companies and professionals (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), in full respect of your rights and freedoms. Technical logs are kept on the same basis, for security.
You can object to these communications at any time: reply to any of our emails with "remove", or write to info@liberatori.eu. We will stop contacting you and keep only what is needed to make sure we do not contact you again.
Professional contact data is kept until you object and in any case no longer than 12 months after collection if there has been no interaction. Technical logs are kept up to 12 months.
Your data is never sold or traded. It may be shared only with the technical providers we need to run our email and servers, bound by data processing agreements, and with authorities where the law requires it. Where data is processed outside the EU, transfers are governed by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Under Arts. 15-22 GDPR you can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. You can also complain to a supervisory authority; the authority for our registered office is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon). Write to info@liberatori.eu and we will reply within 30 days.
